almost no surf here about 1ft on the face so photos are not of waves far away they actually are that small and the contest ran for a few hours today. jonny, dessie, chris, alan, mark, cathaoir, corin all through to the next round tomorrow. no womens heats yet. alternatives to surfing are sun bathing and sea paddling - mike, kevin and i paddled from bakkio to the san juan chapel- fantastic sea caves and arches but no photos unfortunatey, will keep you posted.
